All French people, is there a town in France called "Blanche"?

Please read this story, it is VERY short (it will take you half a minute to read it) but yet it creeped me to the bone. I have been trying to do some research but i came up with nothing. PS: What the heck was so "creepy" about that lame story? They went to a town that was dark and grey and the people looked weird? Nothing even happened, they just left without stopping. How was that supposed to be creepy? They didn't do anything. It was just boring and stupid.

Apart from telling you that it's obvious this story was made up because I live in southern France and I never saw fish people in my life and there are no particular folk stories about it here, there is no commune in France called Blanche.



"blanche" is the feminine version of "blanc" which means "white" so there are communes containing the word "blanche" but none of them is ion the Côte d'Azur (here they are : http://www.toutes-les-villes.com/search.asp?MotsCles=blanche )

I know of no towns called Blanche - Street or blvds but no communes.

Your research came up with "NOTHING" because the town does not exist, therefore there is nothing to know. The story is just a story, and not a very good one at that. I honestly do not know why people waste their time with sites like creepypasta
